Too often, people are left hanging with no word at all about why the approval is delayed. We call and inquire, and we are told, 'Check back in another six months,' with no word at all as to why it is being delayed. People are suffering needless hardships as a result.
People are frustrated. The number of excessive delays can't be justified.
Our request is simple -- comply with your own regulations. Enough is enough. We don't want special treatment. We just want to be treated fairly.
We all need to stay on alert, but without reaching a point where we judge people on appearance. We need to be smarter than that.
