We run a lot, so we are used to it. We are preparing for later on in the season. We know we have to get better and the only way to do that is by running.

If you'd asked me a year ago, I'd have said we couldn't be doing this. But even this fall, you could tell something had changed. (Meyers) is big on confidence, especially on the mound. Knowing you're better than the hitter, having good body language. If you get upset, don't show it.
