Having been a linebacker in college, I feel I have an advantage because I can easily associate with my guys. I can understand what they see and experience on the playing field, and it helps me teach them how to react and what techniques to use.

The staff has been great to work with, and Coach Martin has treated me great and allows me to grow as a coach everyday.

Coach Smith and I have very similar ideas as far as schematics go, I think we compliment one another as coaches very well. He has also become a great friend of mine.
