I knew it was going to be very tough competition there. Most of the other guys were out of college and had played for other semi-pro teams before, so it's all good. He's young and has many more years to go. He'll get faster, stronger and bigger.

As a father, you always want the best for your kids. If it doesn't happen, that's OK. He's got plenty of years to get better.
