The chemical is very safe but very effective. We would then go back and see if it was making a comeback, and then we would go after it again. We will probably do something each year.

If for some reason the system does not run properly, the Water Pollution Control Authority has the right to take over and run it properly. We would only tax Madison Landing residents for any extra expenses, not all homeowners in Madison.
