The market is still moving at quite a healthy clip. It's just that we were having ridiculous appreciation before. It's a more normal situation now.

The bottom doesn't fall out of the real estate market unless there's some huge economic effect like Katrina or a major employer moving out of the area. It's a great time to get a good deal, a reasonable price for a change.
