The bigger kitchen here means a bigger menu. Patricia Richardson (owner of the White Horse and its neighboring motel) saved Bavarian Bratwurst for Carthage. This place has character.

Mrs. Richardson insists on that. But there are a lot of changes. We will have a new front door. We are putting up shutters that will open out. We are going to make this place look like a chalet in the Alps. We say it is 'The Chalet' next to the White Horse Motel.
