"Guy Ouellette" is a Quebec politician from Canada, police officer and author. He is the current Member of National Assembly of Quebec for the riding of Chomedey (electoral district)/Chomedey in Laval, Quebec/Laval. He represents the Quebec Liberal Party.

Ouellette worked for the Sûreté du Québec police force for over 30 years. He was a police officer, a corporal and a sergeant. He worked for several years in the department of organized crime, and was involved in cases involving biker gangs. He was part of the Carcajou tactical team, which was created in 1995 in the midst of a Quebec Biker war/violent biker gang war and following the death of an 11 year-old boy in Montreal after an explosion that was targeting several members of a biker gang. He also published a book about Hells Angels Crime boss/kingpin Maurice Boucher in 2005.

Ouellette was elected in Chomedey in Quebec general election, 2007/2007, replacing Thomas Mulcair. He was named parliamentary secretary to the Minister of Public Security, Jacques P. Dupuis.
