"Gregory Tyrone Spires" is a former American football defensive end in the National Football League. He was drafted by the New England Patriots in the third round of the 1998 NFL Draft. He played college football at Florida State Seminoles football/Florida State.

Spires was also a member for the Cleveland Browns, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Oakland Raiders. He earned a Super Bowl ring with the Buccaneers in Super Bowl XXXVII.
