We don't have sufficient wellness facilities at the Dome, and we need to expand wellness on campus. Also, the availability of the building as well as the ideal location played major roles.

Wellness is in great demand by current and future students. We could increase quality of campus life as well as increase our profile as a recruiting tool for students.
