We need to stop perpetrators before they abuse our children. We want perpetrators to know Santa Rosa County is not the place to commit abuse.

It is tragic enough to have to live through the abuse, but it adds to the trauma to have to tell the story over and over. Also, prosecutors are more successful when it is done this way.
