It's about getting players used to the surroundings. We're probably going to be in the UK 15 times this year and it's important we get used to the travel, the hotels and the food.

It was a great start for us. But the concerns are the travelling and being away from home.

We presented all the options, but the president and the two vice-presidents want to see the first match before making any decision.

There are three very good candidates and we would be lucky to get any one of them. There are two of them we can't split. All of them are currently employed and we're not going to rush anything.

We are looking at the options but it is hard to find anyone for a short-term period.

This is a great day for the club. To sign someone with as much experience as a player and a coach as Mick Potter is a great testament to the project we have here.

He is disappointed, but there will be plenty of opportunities over the course of the season.
