Times have definitely changed. Everything's so much more upscale, with bottle service and dress codes, so I don't know if financially it could succeed. But it's in a lot of people's hearts to go back in time, or see it for the first time.

[The revival] is as much a tribute to his vision as anything. It was really his vision I put in motion from a business aspect. It's more of a remembrance, so I think he'll appreciate looking down on it.
