I give a lot of credit to the kids. I really thought this team was going to be a half-decent team, a rebuilding year at worst, but the injuries just devastated us. I (said to the team), 'Throw everything you have at them. I think you can win this game.' And they proved me right.

People have to go into spots that they are not comfortable in because we are so thin, and that's when you turn the ball over. But I'm proud of the kids, they came in and played hard and that's all you can really ask for.
