Ten Welsh players in the squad is not too bad - I think it is more than what people would have said at the start of the season - so I don't think we can complain too much.

I don't want to be sexy with other men, so no men touch me in the video. It just didn't feel right.

It is a worry because Shane just hasn't been able to shake off the problem, but it is still our hope that he will be fit for the Heineken Cup and then for Wales in the Autumn.

I didn't think it could get any better, but it seems to be getting better all the time.

It hasn't really sunk in yet. It is a great squad of players, and it will be superb to be around those players and watch how they train.

She's the girl for me.

I really enjoy golf and think the Let's Club Together initiative is a brilliant idea. Parents can be put off by the cost of sporting hobbies but this will break down the barrier and hopefully attract more youngsters into sport.

All I can do is try to play well. I have a point to prove. I want to show everyone what I am capable of. Right now I'm just gutted.

He's not gay. He's very, very not gay.
