We all look to Matt to establish the level of play for us. R.J. has made his improvements and Kyle has worked extremely hard and he'll make his impact when we need him to.

I think we'll need to win some bigger matches (from a team standpoint) and I think Shaun will have to be more consistent. If those things happen, I think he does have a chance to be an All-American.

He's a consistent competitor. His all-around game is pretty solid. He passes well, he can hit the fast sets, he contacts the ball high and he doesn't really make a lot of mistakes.

His passing and defense have gotten better. He's made a lot of improvements physically and he's making mental improvements as well. He needs to be a little bit more confident of his place on the team.

Having Shaun and Hudson and Matt anchor the team is very comforting. To have a setter that can get all the hitters going early in a match will be huge for us. We've got weapons this year, and we've just got to use them.
