We have received up to five calls a day, asking when I'm getting out of prison. It's embarrassing and it's been tough. My kids will one day take over this business and they have to answer questions like that.

We enjoyed a steady growth and each year we increased our sales a little bit. At the same time, I was building a reputation of being honest and fair. And two articles in the paper are starting to destroy that.
