We played really good defense. We did well even if they were a few men down.
We had nine players score.
It was close throughout, we outscored them in the third and then steadily pulled away. It might not have been so close if we had hit some more foul shots.
We really set the tone in the first quarter. We played a good second quarter, and it was nice that everyone got to play. The key was establishing the tone in the first half.
We didn't turn the ball over much and we handled their press well.
I'm a little nervous. I respect Twin Valley. It's going to come down to who set the pace.
They got us out of our game. We got the lead and we just didn't hold it so we could do the things we're good at. Once we have to go to man-to-man it's just not our strong suit.
She's always around the plate and she does a good job of throwing strikes. When they're not swinging, she's getting strikes.
