How can shareholders have confidence that GM can advise Delphi on how to get out of its mess, when GM is incapable of getting out of the mess it's in itself?
GM doesn't need any more bad publicity. I don't think they'll touch the dividend.
Investors are going to wonder just what is going on at General Motors. It's been my experience that if you find one accounting problem, it's just a representation of the iceberg that's below it.
