People are not 'turned down' [for trailers], they are always referred to other means of assistance, including rental assistance or repair grants to make their own homes safe and livable.
We expect the process to take several months. A lot of people did not realize they could not apply for benefits to secondary residences.
If they see illegal activity, of course, they're going to report it. But we are not law enforcement, and we don't want to be perceived as law enforcement.
