"Ernie Allen" (born 1946) is an attorney who served as the President & CEO of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) for 23 years until June 2012, and the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC) until 2014.

Allen is also a former Director of Public Health & Safety for the City of Louisville, Kentucky.
