Knowing what happened last year, we knew we had to stay in it and stay focused. Last year we were in about the same situation and we lost it.
Our defense got them again tonight. That's what got us through all our games and that's what won us our championship.
It wasn't just me alone defensively. It was my teammates helping out and getting after their girls as well. We also owe a lot to our fans. It's been huge having our crowd out cheering for us and sticking behind us 100 percent.
We're just pumped to be state champs.
