After coming out here and taking a look, he decided to stay with the Steelers.

He decided he likes it where he is. He's obviously having a lot of success, and he wants to continue with the Steelers. He's an excellent coach, and this won't be his last opportunity.

The coaches have a lot of belief in this guy. He's a young, upcoming player who hasn't started a game yet. He's looking forward to proving their faith in him is correct.
