If (the student center) gets used a lot, I can see it potentially being worthwhile. I just wish it didn't have to get done by raising our tuition.

Compared to the lounge space in the present CSC, the space in the prospective CSC is very awkwardly spaced apart. I don't think the majority of students will take advantage of the two lounge areas on the top floor of the building, as they are just out of the way.

Other big schools have ballrooms in their student centers and they get used all the time. If we make use of the ballroom in a variety of ways, I think it could be worth having it.
