Keep in mind that we have a number of weeks of hurricane season ahead of us. If nothing else changes, if there are no other actions around the world, we appear to be on a trajectory for things to be stabilized here and for prices to go down in a few weeks.
That in-between step of where are the refineries and what is the capacity, that is the question that needs to be answered. You can't just automatically flip the switch and turn it on.
