I know that's kind of the hot question, ... I don't know if they'll meet prior to the next regularly scheduled board meeting to address that. They very well could, but there are no known plans to do so yet.

I know they discussed it at the Aug. 5 meeting and the June board meeting. There were no other meetings regarding Jack, ... I think they're just trying to give Jack time to have his fair trial that he deserves. They don't want the decision to be based on the determination of the court. They're looking at the whole picture.
