The hallways are too narrow and just not any good for patient access.
Sunlight is an excellent natural healer that can comfort a patient, and in the building we have now there basically isn't any.
We are in desperate need for parking; students are having to walk across campus on crutches or while sick because there is nowhere close for them to park.
