As a coach it was my responsibility to give her whatever opportunity was out there. You have to go with your gut feeling. I knew when she had 58 points that there was something special going on.
It was exciting. As a coach, you don't have many opportunities to see an all-time national record be broken.
It was exciting because the kids realized she had a chance at the record and they just kept feeding her the ball.
I believe we'll play them in the final.
