He shows signs for you, but I guess he's not in sync. He just has to find his stroke, so to speak. When he puts a good swing on the ball he's going to hit it a long way. He's a big guy.

I think our track record speaks for itself. We do a pretty good job of identifying young arms and developing them. A lot of different pitchers come through our program and develop into pro prospects. Most recently everybody hears about (2005 Big East Pitcher of the Year) Craig Hansen (the Boston Red Sox organization's top prospect).
