This year, my goal is not to be 'just competitive.' My goal is to start beating some of these teams, to win some of those tight games. We need to start winning some of these games as we build our program. Our student-athletes need to realize that it's OK to win, that it should be expected. That's the approach I have.

Dan Campbell brings instant energy to a game. Against Oregon State, he was only in for about five minutes when he scored a bomb. That's what we ask from our subs - lift us, and bring something to the game. That's certainly what he did.

It's surprising when a true freshman steps up like that. Both goals were just incredible goals. I knew he would be an athletic and dangerous player, but I didn't know he would come out and score two great goals like that.
