We are still looking for consistency day in and day out. When we play well - we play very well - but when we are down it seems we really get down.

This team is young and I think we are starting to learn how to weather the storms better.

Sure, it would be nice to have sectional crowns, but realistically we are honest about playing Homestead. Obviously, the other teams in our sectional face the same situation as we do, so we judge ourselves on how we do against other teams, not Homestead.

I'm looking forward to next season because the bulk of the team will be back. With many returning players, my expectations are high for next season.

Seeing Homestead win 28 years in a row certainly merits a level of frustration. The toughest part is knowing that in any other sectional around the area, we would have several trophies by now. They (Homestead) have a top-notch program full of players that train privately all year long and certainly have to be given a lot of credit.

Because of the efforts the players needed a little kick in the pants after the match. Hopefully it woke them up a bit.

Our doubles were the first off the courts. It's great to see a good team effort.

Overall, I was very happy with our level of play.

The team did not play up to our potential. Last week we took a step forward and against West Noble we took a step back.
