I don't think it's super important to start fast, but I do think we have to get out and run strong right away. We want to build on the possibilities a bit, but we want to have the most momentum at the end of the year.

Our whole upper class does a good job of knowing what's expected of them. There's good leadership in that group. They understand how things are supposed to be run, and I think they understand just how good we could be.
