We're booked up year-to-year for Derby. There's no late-minute calling and asking for a Derby party. Last year we did boxed lunches for 500 for five different horse farms.

I really think of food as art, so it gives us a chance to showcase the food as well as the flowers that are there. Every station and every plate was a really beautiful display within itself.

I want to get across to people that I'm not retiring for a long time, but as I slow down, I want these people to carry on. It's not just me anymore. We're all Donna.
