What we know from the brain research is that kids and alcohol don't mix. It impacts their frontal lobe so decision making judgment and risk taking increases. So it's a double mix of danger.

What the adults teach them is what they see. And so, unfortunately, if it's not an important issue to the adults in their world around them, then kids aren't gonna get the message.

Certainly, we are pleased to see the non-compliant rate drop back below 10 percent. However, we're increasingly concerned about the number of repeat violators. This is an issue we've been trying to address for some time with the Liquor Control Commission.
