"Deron Michael Williams" is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Illinois Fighting Illini men's basketball/University of Illinois before being drafted third overall in the 2005 NBA draft by the Utah Jazz. The three-time List of NBA All-Stars/NBA All-Star has also played for Be?ikta? men's basketball team/Be?ikta? of the Turkish Basketball League, and was a gold medal winner on the United States men's national basketball team/United States national team at the Basketball at the 2008 Summer Olympics – Men/2008 and Basketball at the 2012 Summer Olympics – Men's tournament/2012 Summer Olympics.
