We just had some seniors take over the game. They absolutely refused to lose. I'm so proud of them.

When you play the style we play, you're going to have some turnovers. But we had some uncharacteristic mistakes tonight. We need to get control of that. But I liked the way we clawed back into it. It's something we can learn from. If we don't learn from it, then we're not as good a basketball team as I think we are.

I was disappointed yesterday with the way we played in the third quarter. We reminded them of that and told them they had to come out more determined.

It's all part of the experience now. They'll remember this the rest of their lives.

We had way too many turnovers in that second quarter and we shot poorly from the free-throw line and it kind of snowballed on us.

We'll begin to focus on the state tournament in a couple of days. It's going to come down to what team gets red-hot for three days. Mitchell was a perfect example of that last year. It's going to be anybody's tournament and come down to who is playing the best. We're just glad we have the opportunity to do that.

I thought we dodged a bullet. Huron did an outstanding job tonight.

I thought the kids really came out focused and determined. I was really proud of them.

We went cold. I thought the effort was there. We didn't panic at half, we just had to keep at it and hope we could turn things around.
