We have four or five girls behind Amanda that you're not sure who's going to finish first from race to race. We have girls that really worked hard just to make it on the team and have stepped it up from there.
One meet Jerry will win, another will go to Matt and another will go to Adam. I like hearing them say that they should run in the top six and they don't say anything negative.
It was a good night for us. When you can win four out of five relays it makes for a fun evening.
We are beginning to come together as a well-balanced track team. We keep improving and lowering our times. We must remember not to push too hard too fast.
Both teams competed hard tonight. We beat some good teams and it took a good team effort. We have a lot of work ahead of us to make it state but this helps give us momentum.
The one thing about our team that I like is how all the grades and ages blend together. They all support each other in practice and meets.
We kept telling Amanda that she would be good until she finally realized that herself. Monica's has gotten the girls ready to go every day and gets everyone going throughout a meet.
