We've really felt like we've reached a critical mass in terms of just the size of our security force internally, and felt as though it was critical enough for us to look at managing our own personnel.

The real change will come down to the management of the security officers, and some of the skill-sets of those management personnel.

There's a big difference in managing a rather large, academic medical center that has a level one trauma center, a new children's hospital coming on line soon, a lot of critical health care delivery needs -- and (then) managing the security of the campus.

Local football is facing the problem of lads not wanting to turn out, especially on Saturday afternoons. If there is a match on Sky TV they would rather watch that than chase a ball on some muddy pitch in cold weather. Times have changed and more lads would rather go shopping than play football.
