We did three things: We pitched well today, we played good defense and we had timely hitting. When you put those three things together, you can give yourselves an opportunity to win the ball game.

There was no give from either team. Both teams fought to the end. I'm just disappointed for the players that we lost.

I thought it was a very good game. Both teams played hard, and both teams pitched well and, for the most part, played pretty good defense. We had some opportunities with guys on base; we just couldn't get the bunt down to advance the runner.
