It's a very difficult business to value.

The subscriber growth is above market expectations. The fact that they've done it in a way they can reiterate their margin guidance rather than have to soften it further is reassuring.

It's certainly appealing in larger classes where it's hard to get a read on students out there.

I'm surprised ... it's happening so early (in the Japanese turnaround). It runs the risk that it won't get a decent value for it, but it may well be that Softbank have come to Vodafone, in which case maybe they can talk sensibly on price.
