It's my first time to see him in person. I'm going to take some of what he speaks about and try to put it in my game.

They kind of got in foul trouble, and starting playing a little lax in the post. We wanted to go right at them. Charles and I did a good job attacking inside.

I took some bad dribbles. But I went to the bench and coach told me to start going up strong. So I changed my game up and starting taking good dribbles.

We got their big men in foul trouble, so they relaxed in the post, and we decided to attack them. This was a big win. We controlled the tempo throughout the game.

Vanderbilt felt like they had some momentum and we wanted to take that back from them.

We've got to beat them up inside. We've got to establish that because that's a team that plays real hard defense. They aren't going to let you get easy shots. They are going to come with a hard foul.

Steve got us going early with the blocked shots on [Dwayne] Curtis. That gave us a run and gave us some transition points. We had a lot of energy and we controlled the tempo throughout the game.

It was real aggressive on both ends. It just came down to the free throw situation to beat us.

At least we jelled in the second half. We didn't fold.
