It was a lot of pressure. He was having a couple of health problems. His skin was breaking out. After a while, it was getting to be too much. But he was looking at it the right way. When the team wins, it's the players. When they lose, it's the coach.

They procrastinated a long time. Everybody else in Montreal who made the Hall of Fame had their jersey retired. His jersey should have been hanging up in the old Forum. That was the mecca.

He was really the foundation of hockey in Atlanta. This is a big loss to the Atlanta hockey community. I hope people realize that.
