Preconceived notions must be eliminated from the justice system. You will not be able to prejudge him. You will have to listen to the facts and evidence.

We've come a long way in 75 years. In the 20th Judicial Circuit there are Hispanic, female and African-American judges. Times have changed, but preconceived notions still exist. If we are not diligent, they can negatively impact the justice system.
