All kinds of thing pick up in spring. Spring is supposed to be a time for romance. I guess that gives us energy to pursue all kinds of things as the days lengthen.

Exercise certainly has a positive effect on mood. It doesn't have to be anything more than a brisk walk for 20 minutes a day.

I think everyone finds it harder to drag yourself through the day. I think we're all affected by it ? myself included ? to varying degrees.
