I think once our new coaches get established they are going to be comforted by their level of dedication and loyalty and work ethic to not only North but the kids in their program.

Bowling is certainly something that is very popular. Looking at the numbers and where the budget falls for next year, with the lanes already being established and very little equipment being needed, it seems like a good fit.

In extenuating circumstances, we can ask the board to go above the five years. But we can't do anything like with what Kimberly does.

I think Kimberly is a growing community. It is a community that values athletics. It's a one-horse town. There's no North-West rivalry, there's no three schools in the district. The kids in middle school know they are going to Kimberly High School. And that goes a long way in building loyalty and building a program.

They bounce pretty quickly from one activity to the next. Sometimes it is more difficult on the parents and the adults than it is on the kids.

He surrounds himself with quality people. Some of the other people who left were more dedicated to Steve than they were to North high school. That's fine. That speaks a ton about what kind of person Steve is.
