We can't let them shoot the threes on us like last time. But these kids don't want to lose anymore, and they want to go farther. We'll see what happens.

A.J. played really well today. He's an unbelievable hitter, and he was great on the mound today.

We were supposed to be last, or second to last. Our guys took that to heart, and knew we were better than that, and we got it done.

I'm not sure what it was, exactly. We played hard, and I thought some guys played really well. We were just slow tonight.

We don't really know anything about Sherwood aside from they're a number 1 (seed), so they're obviously really good. We'll get some tape of them and get ready for Saturday.

We ran with them in the first half, which we weren't supposed to do. It was up and down, Sisters put a lot of pressure on us, but we had some guys like Nailor and Martin who just had really big games. I didn't think we could run that fast, but we did.

We started to wake up a bit. We weren't doing things right at the beginning, but we got patient and took advantage of some mistakes.

We were 19-3 in summer league, so it's not like we didn't know we were good. No one else thought very highly of us or talked about us, and the guys used all that as a chip (on their shoulders).

Sure, we're disappointed to lose. But (making) the final 16 isn't so bad.
