We have seen that the unions are very fragmented now. We just don't feel like (labor's threatened campaign)... is anything we need to be concerned about.

We are aware that a grand jury is looking into the matter and are cooperating fully.

It's within (employees') legal rights to do that, but this group is a wolf in sheep's clothing. This is a labor organization attempting to masquerade as something else.

Which shows that some of these claims can be highly exaggerated.

Wal-Mart is committed to making a positive contribution to working families and we do it every day. We're disappointed that some continue to ignore the facts and fail to provide any real vision for the future. It's not surprising that organized labor is under such scrutiny when they have so little to say.
