Complaints ranged from parking to trash left behind by the customers to loud music coming from inside the tavern, ... We?ve also received numerous complaints of juveniles inside the tavern, and as a result of that, we have made more recent tavern checks.
There are no laws that I know of, from speaking with the state's attorney's office, that requires a body to be embalmed. However if that's what you paid for, we're treating this as a theft of service or fraud. The family believed they paid for one thing and they received another.
