You've got to get it right. You get it to the customers as promised. And if you fail in doing that, then people will vote against you with their feet and their checkbooks. And they will buy elsewhere.

What's happened over the past day will focus minds and possibly just channel their interests that much more toward getting this entity together as one. But political issues, political interference, always hold these things back. It is not going to be something that will be solved in six months.

They have to change or die. If that means getting rid of significant numbers of employees and reshaping (their) business to fit the new environment, that is what (they) have to do.
