I think there's enough untapped water there to satisfy our customers' needs and the fishes' needs. It's a great opportunity for public agencies to partner up in search of a win-win solution.

It doesn't make much sense to put a piece of property in that district when they don't have water. They have it out for the Big Wave project; they don't want it built there. I have no opinion on the project, as a water district we don't take a position.

Having a survey without bias is clearly the goal here. Surveys are tricky. You can load a question and I'd like to really avoid that. We'll make the questions as neutral as possible.
